SPOTLIGHT: 2008 Preparing for College Mailing

Thousands of Oklahoma eighth- through 12th-grade students will soon be receiving some valuable information that will help them prepare for a college education. OSRHE has mailed more than 228,000 copies of grade-specific
Do You Have a Plan for College? brochures to middle, junior high and high schools statewide.

Besides the preparing for college brochures, OSRHE distributed other materials to counselors to help them provide students with additional information about attending college. High schools counselors received
The Official Guide to Oklahoma’s Colleges and Universities and the Are You Looking for Money? booklet, a “one-stop” reference guide of information about student loans.

Students, parents and counselors can also access online versions of the publications at www.okhighered.org/student-center.
