The 2010 Governor’s Global Education Conference (GEC) has been rescheduled for Wednesday, March 10, on the campus of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, in the Wes Watkins Center. Originally, the GEC was set for Feb. 9, but was postponed due to inclement weather, as the majority of the participants were planning to travel to the event.
In the past, GEC has served more than 500 K-16 education stakeholders, business partners and legislative constituents. Mark your calendars for this event, which will feature globally versed keynote speakers; higher education, K-12 and workforce strand-specific breakout sessions; and great opportunities to network with your colleagues.
