The River City Players is a popular music revue series that presents three productions each summer season. The shows for the 2014 season include: Country Legends, Golden Oldies and Super Hits of the '70s and '80s.

Country Legends is a two-step back in time for an evening of your favorite classic country music artists of the '50s, '60s, '70s and '80s. This show will be available on Fridays at 7:30 p.m.

Golden Oldies is a be-bop back to the Golden Age of rock and roll tribute to the hits of the '50s and '60s. This show will be available on Saturdays at 2 p.m.

Super Hits of the '70s and '80s will celebrate the musical icons of the aforementioned decades. This show will be available on both Thursdays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m.

The River City Players' very first show began at NSU in 1983. The first show combined the best of popular music, Broadway hits, gospel and everything in between. Now in its 32nd season, River City continues to showcase the vocal talents and musical styling of the Tahlequah area community.

The daytime box office is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the Woods House at 529 Seminary Ave., Tahlequah, OK 74464.

Performance Box Office is open one hour prior to each performance and is located in the NSU Playhouse lobby.

Tickets are $13 per adult, $11 per NSU alumnus and NSU employee, $9 seniors and groups of 12 or more, $7 for students and children, and free to NSU students who present a valid NSU student ID. The June early bird special will save $2 off all tickets that are booked for June performances.
