Oklahoma Higher Education Campus E-Clips sponsored by the Communicators Council

GUIDELINES

Campus E-Clips contains links to news articles submitted by the state’s 25 colleges and universities that have statewide appeal to faculty, staff and administrators within the Oklahoma State System of Higher Education. Institutions are encouraged to utilize this promotional tool by submitting links to articles on their institution websites. Since these are links to your website, please do not include photos with your submissions - but please DO type out your headline with your links.

E-Clips Guidelines

    1. Links to news article submissions must be emailed to newsletter@osrhe.edu no later than five days (5 p.m.) prior to the newsletter’s official posted publication date. The posted dates will be listed on this page. DO NOT put the newsletter email address on any distribution lists. There are no qualifications with regard to timing of your submissions; but try to keep your news articles relevant.

    2. Links to articles must be submitted through a Communicators Council member and/or the member’s designee from the institution. No more than two individuals per institution will be permitted to submit links to articles.

    3. No more than two article links may be submitted by any one institution per issue. You may submit your links in the body of the email, but ALSO please include your headline with the link.

Campus E-Clips is published by the Communicators Council, an advisory group to the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education comprised of Oklahoma higher education public information officers. All submissions are reviewed by a panel of council members for selection. To submit a story link, please contact the participating council member from your institution.
