Dr. Dale Bratzler

Dr. Dale Bratzler is a professor and chair of the Department of Health Administration and Policy in the Hudson College of Public Health at OU, and has devoted nearly 25 years toward researching infection prevention and treatment, in addition to advising health care leaders on public health topics.

Dr. Bratzler also is a faculty member in the Department of Internal Medicine in the OU College of Medicine and serves as enterprise chief quality officer for the three-hospital health system and faculty practice at OU Medicine.

He received his medical degree from the Kansas City University College of Medicine and Biosciences and his Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Oklahoma. He is board certified in internal medicine. He is a Master Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists, and a Fellow of the Infectious Diseases Society of America.

Dr. Jeffrey Stroup

Dr. Jeffrey Stroup serves as a professor of Internal Medicine, senior associate dean of Operations, provost and vice president for Strategy at the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences.

He is also the chief operating officer of the OSU Medical Authority and Trust that oversees the OSU Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

He received his Doctor of Pharmacy from the Albany College of Pharmacy in Albany, New York in 2002 and completed his residency in endocrinology/adult medicine in the Department of Pharmacy Practice.Dr. Stroup is an active researcher and frequent lecturer on diabetes, antimicrobials and many other topics.

Dr. Jared Taylor

Dr. Jared Taylor earned his DVM from Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. Following graduation, he practiced mixed animal medicine in southwestern Missouri. He left practice to join the Center for Food Security and Public Health at Iowa State University while concurrently pursuing his Master’s in Public Health.Dr. Taylor joined Oklahoma State University Center for Veterinary

Health Sciences in January 2005 to complete a residency in food animal medicine and surgery, as well as a PhD in veterinary biomedical sciences.

He was hired as an assistant professor at OSU CVM in September 2009, and promoted to associate professor in June 2015. Dr. Taylor’s teaching responsibilities include epidemiology and public health in the veterinary curriculum, as well as leading or assisting in several food animal production electives. He also teaches a graduate epidemiology course in the Master in Public Health program.

Dr. Thomas C. Meredith

Dr. Thomas Meredith is a consultant with the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges (AGB).  Prior to his work with AGB he  served as a university president and as the head of three university systems. Most recently he served as Commissioner of Higher Education for Mississippi’s university system comprised of eight universities.

Dr. Meredith holds a BA from Kentucky Wesleyan College, an MA from Western Kentucky University, and an EdD from the University of Mississippi. He completed the Institute for Educational Management at Harvard University and the Higher Education Roundtable at Oxford University.
