Collin Duel; State Regents’ chair Courtney Warmington; Chancellor Sean Burrage; representatives of Oklahoma’s higher education institutions; and students from Oklahoma’s colleges and universities

Where: State Capitol, House Caucus Room 110 (10 a.m., Oklahoma’s Promise Day Program) and Chamber of the House of Representatives, 4th floor (2 p.m., Higher Education Day Program)

Why: To demonstrate the value and importance of our state system of higher education to Oklahoma’s current and future workforce development and economic growth, to celebrate the Governor and Legislature’s ongoing support of the Oklahoma’s Promise program, and to recognize recipients of the Distinguished Service Award for Higher Education for their steadfast leadership and support during the 2025 legislative session
