The 21st annual Student Leadership Retreat will be held Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024, from 9 a.m.– 4 p.m., at Oklahoma City Community College, 7777 S. May Ave., Oklahoma City, OK 73159.

Online Registration

This event is sponsored by the Council on Student Affairs, the Oklahoma Student Government Association, the Student Advisory Board and the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education.

Registration Fee

Early-Bird Registration: $55 per person (Deadline: Feb. 9, 2024)
Regular Registration: $65 per person (Deadline: 5 p.m., Feb. 23, 2024)

Fee includes all meals and conference materials.

Method of Payment

Credit cards and purchase orders may be used for registration fee payment. MasterCard and Visa will be accepted. Purchase orders should be payable to the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education. The same purchase order may be used for multiple registrants.

The deadline for registering is Feb. 23, 2024. After that date, contact Debbie Myrick, 405.225.9149, to determine if space is still available.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds

Attendees are responsible for payment of the registration fee even if they do not attend the event, unless they cancel their registration, in writing, prior to Feb. 16, 2023.

This event allows for substitution of participants and provides for a 100 percent refund should the event be canceled by OSRHE.
