Garrett; representatives of Oklahoma’s higher education institutions; and students from Oklahoma’s colleges and universities
Where: State Capitol, Room 100, 1st floor
Why: To celebrate the Oklahoma’s Promise program, show our appreciation for the Governor’s and Legislature’s ongoing support, and encourage elected officials to continue keeping the promise to Oklahoma students
