Regent Brian Beller

Brian D. Beller, of Goldsby, Oklahoma, was appointed as a State Regent by Governor Kevin Stitt in 2026 to a nine-year term beginning May 17, 2026, and ending May 16, 2035. The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education is the constitutional coordinating board for Oklahoma’s public colleges and universities and is responsible for determining institutional functions and programs of study, setting academic policies, allocating state funds to institutions, and setting tuition and fees.

Beller currently serves as manager and director of government affairs for B&H Construction, a family-owned business specializing in multi-state underground utility work with more than 700 employees. Prior to his work in the private sector, Beller spent more than a decade in public K-12 education, serving as a teacher, coach, athletic director, and director of operations at Washington High School.

He holds a master’s degree in education and a bachelor’s degree in history from East Central University.
