American Council on Education (ACE)
ACE is the nation’s most visible and influential higher education association. It represents the presidents of U.S. accredited, degree-granting institutions, which include two- and four-year colleges, private and public universities, and nonprofit and for-profit entities.

Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges (SOC)
SOC was created in 1972 to provide educational opportunities to servicemembers who, because they frequently moved from place to place, had trouble completing college degrees. SOC functions in cooperation with 15 higher education associations, the Department of Defense, and active and reserve components of the military services to expand and improve voluntary postsecondary education opportunities for servicemembers worldwide.

Oklahoma Association of Veterans Coordinators and Counselors (OAVCC)
OAVCC provides a forum for the discussion, coordination and exchange of concepts, policies and efforts aimed at assisting veterans in the furtherance of their educational training. It also serves to develop and promote communication among veterans and the administrative officials of all appropriate agencies and institutions. OAVCC also advises and assists various federal, state, local and promotional agencies in the development and implementation of programs designed to improve the status of Oklahoma veteran students.

National Association of State Approving Agencies (NASAA)
The purpose of NASAA is to work in cooperation with its partners to: (1) facilitate the efforts of the state approving agencies to promote and safeguard quality education and training programs for all veterans and other eligible persons; (2) ensure greater education and training opportunities that meet the changing needs of veterans; and (3) protect the GI Bill resources available for those programs.
National Association of Veteran’s Program Administrators (NAVPA)
NAVPA is an organization of institutions and individuals across the country who are involved or interested in the operation of veteran’s affairs programs and/or the delivery of services to veterans, such as school-certifying officials.
Western Association of Veterans Education Specialists (WAVES)
WAVES serves educational institutions of higher learning and those offering non-college degree programs engaged in the administration of veterans educational benefits within the geographic areas served by the Muskogee Regional Processing Office. WAVES aims to foster communication and cooperation among agencies on matters affecting the education of veterans and other eligible persons. WAVES also serves the needs and interests of veterans, faculty members and administrators at the member institutions.
