Oklahoma’s 15 to Finish initiative brings together academic, student affairs, financial aid and academic advising professionals to focus on state system and campus strategies and practices that promote on-time degree completion through a targeted emphasis on defining “full-time” status as enrollment in 15 credit hours per semester or 30 credit hours per year.
