The purpose of the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education Economic Development Council (EDC) is to serve as an advisory council to the chancellor, OSRHE staff, the OSRHE Council of Presidents and other state officials. The EDC is a statewide panel of economic development professionals from each institution in the Oklahoma State System of Higher Education.
