
Lydia Bullard, a 2026 graduate of Durant High School, ranked first in her graduating class while completing honors, AP and concurrent college coursework. She earned recognition as a two-time Ben Carson Scholar and was active in the National Honor Society and Oklahoma Honor Society. She has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to service throughout high school. As president of the Durant FFA chapter, she coordinated community initiatives including a Toys for Tots drive that collected more than 100 toys for local children and led participation in the Adopt a Lion Christmas Blessings program to support students and families in need. She also planned and implemented petting zoos at elementary schools to teach younger students about agriculture and animal care. Her service extends beyond school through her involvement with the Choctaw Nation Youth Advisory Board, where she organized community events including a Teddy Bear Drive for local law enforcement agencies and Birthday Bag projects for foster families. She has also volunteered at senior citizen dinners, community events and concession stands while conducting leadership workshops for younger students. At her church, she teaches Children’s Church, assists in the nursery, and volunteers during Vacation Bible School. She was also selected to help lead the Journey to Hope Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial program, where she welcomed guests, distributed materials, and participated in planting a Survivor Tree sapling to promote kindness and service within her school community. Bullard will attend Oklahoma State University to continue her education and commitment to leadership and service.

Addison Edwards, a 2026 graduate of Stillwater High School, completed her high school career with a 4.0 unweighted GPA and a 29 ACT composite score. She completed extensive AP and concurrent coursework and earned recognition as an AP Scholar with Distinction. She served as Beta Club vice president and co-director of Stillwater Makes a Change (SMAC), a student-led fundraiser supporting local nonprofits that raises more than $70,000 annually. Her commitment to service has shaped much of her high school experience. Through her involvement in Beta Club, youth ministry, volleyball and school leadership programs, she helped organize food drives for students during school breaks, collected clothing and supplies for wildfire victims, gathered donations for hurricane relief efforts, and supported local domestic violence awareness initiatives. She also volunteered regularly at the local food bank and humane society and organized student volunteers to assist at elementary schools and in classrooms. Through Momentum Youth Group at Stillwater First United Methodist Church, she contributed more than 450 hours of service through food banks, children’s events, soup kitchens, random acts of kindness, and outreach to elderly community members. She also volunteered through the Stillwater Medical Youth Volunteer Program and participated in community outreach projects through the Stillwater Leadership Class. Edwards will attend Oklahoma State University to continue her academic and leadership journey.

Hadley Ott, a 2026 graduate of Lomega High School, graduated as class valedictorian and was nominated as an Oklahoma Academic All-State candidate. She is a member of both the National Honor Society and Oklahoma Honor Society and earned numerous academic honors, including awards in English, history, algebra, chemistry and physical science. She was also a three-time AFR State Speech Champion and has held leadership roles across nearly every area of student life at LHS. She served as Student Council president, FFA president, Senior Class president, and captain of the basketball team. She also participated in cross country, track and field, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and the American Farmers and Ranchers Leadership Council. Through FFA, she served as secretary, vice president and president and participated in the Oklahoma FFA Foundation Leadership Internship program. Her commitment to service shaped much of her high school experience. She helped lead Lomega’s annual Veterans Day program, organized food drives for local food banks, volunteered at the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, and participated in the “Hugs for Heroes” program supporting military service members overseas. She also participated in the Salvation Army Angel Tree program and helped coordinate student-led community service initiatives through Student Council. She packed boxes of non-perishable food items that were dispersed to elderly on a fixed income, packed bags of vegetables that were sent to surrounding food banks, and filled bags of protein-packed foods to send home with students over the weekend. Ott will attend Oklahoma State University to continue her academic and leadership journey.

Fatima Rangel-Villanueva, a 2026 graduate of Dove Science Academy High School OKC, completed AP and concurrent enrollment coursework while balancing extensive leadership and community service involvement. She served as president of Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA), president of the OU Health Volunteer Teen Board, vice president of the National Honor Society, Student Council board member, and vice president of the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) Youth Council. Her commitment to service has shaped much of her high school experience. She contributed more than 2,000 volunteer hours serving patients, students, and families throughout Oklahoma City. At OU Health Medical Center, she volunteered more than 600 hours assisting hospital staff, supporting patients, and mentoring younger volunteers interested in healthcare careers. Through the LULAC Youth Council, she organized mentorship programs helping first-generation and underserved students access college resources, scholarships, and pre-health opportunities. She also partnered with the Latino Community Development Agency to coordinate holiday meal distributions serving thousands of families in need. She led a National Honor Society hygiene drive that collected hundreds of essential items for local clinics and underserved families. She also volunteered with the Metropolitan Library’s Capitol Hill branch, helping Spanish-speaking families access literacy and educational programs, and teaches Confirmation Prep classes through Little Flower Catholic Church. She also served as a member on the Oklahoma Hall of Fame Teen Board, Oklahoma National Memorial & Museum Teen Board, and OMRF Teen Leaders in Philanthropy. Rangel-Villanueva will attend the University of Oklahoma to pursue a career in healthcare.

She was recognized as state runner-up in veterinary science and received honors including the Coweta FFA Hall of Fame Award and Coweta Veterinary Science Excellence Award. She contributed more than 450 hours of community service throughout high school. She volunteered extensively at Oneta Animal Care, assisting veterinarians during exams and surgeries, caring for animals, sterilizing equipment, and supporting daily clinic operations. She also volunteered with Puppy Haven Rescue and Easley Exotic Animal Farm, helping care for animals ranging from puppies to camels and zebras. Within Coweta Public Schools, she read to elementary students, assisted teachers, supervised quizzes, and supported academic activities at both the elementary and intermediate levels. She also volunteered with organizations and events, including the Coweta Chamber of Commerce, Oklahoma Blood Institute, Oklahoma Challenge Drive Safety Day, Gathering Place clean-up projects, Coweta Cross Country youth events, and Johnson O’Malley cultural education programs. She demonstrated leadership through FFA, National Honor Society, Student Council, athletics and band.
