Private vocational schools and colleges in the state of Oklahoma are licensed by the Oklahoma Board of Private Vocational Schools (OBPVS). OSRHE has no jurisdiction over these schools and does not maintain any student records from them.

Bacone College has indicated that it released all financial holds on transcripts beginning July 1. If you ordered your transcript before July 1, and Parchment didn’t send it because it had a hold on it, you should start a new order for your transcript in Parchment.
